Nick has 8 years of political and marketing experience and has been a member of several winning campaigns such as State Senator Ron Grooms, County Commissioner Al Knable, Prosecutor Chris Lane, and many others. In the 2022 Midterm Cycle, he worked with 16 campaigns, winning 14 of them.
Nick is a graduate of Community Montessori in New Albany and attained his Bachelor of Arts in History from Hanover College. He is currently a Juris Doctor candidate with a targeted graduation date of 2024.
Nick resides in New Albany with his wife Hannah and rescue dog Silvi.

Al has a nearly life-long interest in politics originating from his family’s generational involvement in local politics and early childhood visits to the Indiana Statehouse, the halls of Congress, and the Whitehouse. He has over 13 years of varied campaign experience at the local, state, and federal level. He has served in office as an at-large member of the New Albany (IN) City Council and currently serves as a Commissioner of Floyd County (IN).
Al is a United States Air Force veteran, a graduate of Purdue University (BS- Biology) and Indiana University Medical School (MD); he is a practicing Dermatologist and a managing partner of privately owned Associates in Dermatology- a partnership with eleven locations throughout Indiana and Kentucky with over 100 employees.
He is the author of numerous medical journal articles and text chapters; Indiana Historical Society publications; a columnist with the News and Tribune (New Albany/Jeffersonville, IN); and co-host of the podcast “Get Action”. He also volunteers on several local charitable boards.
Al lives in New Albany with his wife Jessica. Their four children are scattered about the East Coast and northern Indiana.
Al is a political junkie with a deep, innate knowledge of the importance and nuance of grassroots marketing who has come to understand the importance of incorporating up to date digital technologies into a successful campaign or business venture.

State Senator Ron Grooms proudly served the Hoosiers of Senate District 46 beginning with his election to the Indiana State Senate in 2010. The district encompassed a portion of Clark County and all of Floyd County.
Sen. Grooms served as the Chair of the Senate Committee on Family and Children Services and Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Elections. He also was a member of the Senate Committees on Health and Provider Services, Local Government, and Public Policy.
After graduating from Lizton High School, Sen. Grooms received a degree in pharmacy from Butler University. He then spent nearly 40 years in the pharmaceutical industry as the owner and pharmacist at Hanger Drug Company.
Before his election to the Senate in 2010, Sen. Grooms served on the Jeffersonville City Council from 1984 to 1992 and 2000 to 2010. Sen. Grooms is a member of the Jeffersonville Elks Club, Jeffersonville Rotary Club, Masonic Lodge, and various pharmacy and political organizations. In addition, he is a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
Sen. Grooms resides in Jeffersonville and has two daughters and three grandchildren.
